IDENTITY is the identity and provenance layer of the PROTO-AXIS architecture. It defines how people, autonomous agents and digital entities can be represented, how their origins can be traced, and how delegated authority should be described.
Its focus is explicit identity, accountable participation and clear permission boundaries. It provides the conceptual foundation for connecting an actor to a request, a decision and its recorded outcome.
